All products are digital goods; there is no physical shipment. After a completed live payment and verification, our team arranges delivery of the license and official download or redemption instructions to the email supplied at checkout. Keep your PayPal order reference. The website does not automatically issue license keys.

Payment review, stock availability, or fraud checks may delay delivery. We aim to respond to delivery enquiries within one business day; delivery is not guaranteed to be instant. If you have not received instructions within one business day, check spam and contact support. We will explain any delay and offer cancellation and refund if we cannot supply your order.

You are responsible for providing a reachable email address. Tell support promptly about errors. We may ask for an order reference and reasonable proof of purchase before changing delivery details. Never send passwords, payment credentials, or one-time security codes.
