Refund and Returns Policy

You may request cancellation and a full refund before the license is delivered. If a key is invalid, already used, materially misdescribed, or incompatible with the advertised requirements, contact support with your order reference and the activation error. Redact sensitive information and do not send your full license key in an initial message.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, such as activation guidance, a working replacement, or a refund. A valid delivered or activated license is generally not eligible for a discretionary change-of-mind return, but this does not limit mandatory cancellation rights or remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within five business days of approval, or sooner when required by law; your provider controls the time until funds appear. We do not require you to surrender PayPal dispute rights to obtain support.
